
Claire Santos (she/her) is a yoga and meditation teacher, painter, and freelance writer currently living in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. She is a former US Marine Corps Sergeant who was introduced to yoga as an infant and found meditation at 12.
She has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 14 years. Claire is credentialed through Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 & YACEP.
She currently offers donation based online 200hr and 300hr YTT through her yoga school, group classes, private sessions both in person and virtually and she also leads workshops, retreats internationally through a trauma informed, resilience focused lens with an emphasis on accessibility and inclusivity.
Her specialty is guiding students to a place of personal empowerment and global consciousness through mind, body, spirit integration by offering universal spiritual teachings in an accessible, grounded, modern way that makes them easy to grasp and apply immediately to the business of living the best life possible.
