We created yogajala to have a space to share our knowledge and passion of the practices that shape us.

Our goal is to share the benefits of practices under the pillars of Mind, Body, Breath, Poses, and Philosophy with you.

We created our yoga pose library to bring these practices to life so that we can all learn, grow, and enjoy them.

Yoga means to ‘yoke’ – the union of mind and body, individual consciousness and universal consciousness, while Jala in Sanskrit references water, cleansing, and flow.
