Writer, reader, food lover, football fanatic, and mindfulness advocate Fred began writing as a music and culture journalist, but over time developed a strong interest in mindfulness and meditation. He works as a content writer for several health, wellness and fitness sites, with much of his work focusing on subjects relating to mindfulness. He’s also a massive football fan, writing regularly for Jobs In Football and following his side Norwich City home and away (usually ending in defeat).
In his spare time, Fred can often be found in the kitchen, making hearty plant-based food, or with his head in a book. An English graduate from Goldsmiths, UoL, he’s lived in South East London for several years and fallen in love with this part of the capital, although he hopes to explore much more of the world in coming years.
